We sell eyewear products, including frames and prescription-lens options. We aim to display product descriptions, prices, images, options, and availability accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on a customer’s screen, and minor differences in appearance may occur.

We may correct an obvious error in product information, price, availability, or promotion before accepting an order. We do not knowingly offer an item that we cannot supply.

3. Prescription and Customised Orders

Prescription lenses and products made or adjusted to customer-selected specifications are customised products. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate prescription, pupillary-distance, lens-selection, and order information. We may request clarification or verification before processing a prescription order.

We do not provide eye examinations, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Customers should consult a qualified eye-care professional about eye health, prescription suitability, or medical concerns.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted or dispatch it, as applicable. We may decline, delay, hold, or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorized, information is incomplete or cannot be reasonably verified, an item is unavailable, or we cannot fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled item using the original payment method unless another method is required by law.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices and currency are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout before payment. Shipping charges, any applicable sales tax, and other charges shown at checkout form part of the total order amount. We use third-party payment providers to process payments and do not ask customers to send payment-card details by email.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States and selected international destinations enabled at checkout. Orders are dispatched from Danyang, Jiangsu, China. Shipping charges, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and import-charge information are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customers must provide an accurate, complete delivery address. Please read the Shipping Policy before ordering.

7. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Our Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains the 30-day return process for eligible non-customised products and the specific rules that apply to prescription and other customised products.
