Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Danyang Hongmei Optometry Eyeglasses Co., Ltd. (“Sangcoo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) delivers orders placed on sangcoo.com.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States and to selected international destinations that are enabled at checkout. We do not ship to every country or region worldwide.
The available destination countries, shipping methods, and charges for an order are shown at checkout before payment. If no shipping method is shown for an address, we cannot accept an order for that address. Availability may change when a carrier, customs restriction, or service interruption prevents delivery to a destination.
2. Shipping Charges
For products and destinations covered by our standard shipping zone, the following charges apply:

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. If a destination, product, or shipping method has a different charge, the charge shown at checkout applies and is displayed before the customer places the order.
3. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders involving prescription lenses or other customised requirements may require approximately 2–7 business days of preparation. Processing time does not include transit time.
Orders are generally not processed on Sundays or public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods, when information required for a prescription order is incomplete, or when further verification is needed.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated as follows:

Estimated total delivery time is the applicable processing time plus the transit time above. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, local holidays, remote-area delivery, incomplete addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
5. Dispatch Origin and Tracking
Orders are dispatched from Danyang, Jiangsu, China. After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take 1–3 business days after dispatch to begin updating in the carrier’s system.
6. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges
For deliveries to the United States, Sangcoo is responsible for import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, and similar charges assessed in connection with delivery. A customer should not be asked to pay an additional customs charge in order to receive a package.
For deliveries outside the United States, destination-country import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, and similar charges are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Where such charges are assessed by the destination authority, the customer is responsible for them.
Any sales tax that applies to an order is displayed at checkout before payment.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact service@sangcoo.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We may be unable to change an address after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or refused address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of such an issue.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact service@sangcoo.com with the order number. We will review the available shipping information and assist with an investigation through the relevant carrier.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include the order number, photographs of the item, and photographs of the outer packaging when the package is damaged. Please keep the item and packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
9. Multiple Shipments
Items from the same order may be dispatched separately. When this happens, separate tracking information may be provided. Customers are not charged an additional standard shipping fee solely because an order is sent in more than one package.
