Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your order! If you're not 100% satisfied, we've made returns and exchanges easy and transparent.
1. Return Period & Shipping Fee
- You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days.
- Shipping Fee: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Sangcoo Glasses will cover the return/exchange shipping fee. For returns due to personal reasons (style, prescription mistakes, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact our customer service team to request a return or exchange. Our team will assess your request and provide a dedicated return address. Do not send items to the original shipping address.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Important Notices
- Eyeglasses are custom-made products. Non-quality related returns (wrong prescription, style preference, etc.) may incur a fee or require a discount on re-purchase.
- Only send items to the address provided by customer service. Sending to any other address may prevent processing.
- Do not include non-Sangcoo Glasses items in your return package. We are not responsible for returning unrelated items.
