1. Global Fulfillment & Processing

To provide you with high-quality custom lens processing and competitive pricing, all orders are fulfilled directly from our Global Operations & Fulfillment Center in China.

• Processing Time: Since every pair of glasses is custom-made to your prescription, please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment.

• Shipping Origin: All items ship from our specialized optical laboratory in Danyang, China.
