Definitions

Seller: The website owner – the entity receiving the order for the purchase.

Buyer: The individual or organization placing an order.

Goods or Services: The product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of the order. Orders will not be processed if payment is not received or if the selected payment method is declined. Ownership of any items is not transferred until full payment is received.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• PayPal (including credit/debit card payments via PayPal)

We do not store or collect your card information directly. All payments are processed securely through the respective payment providers.

Complaints

Any complaints regarding products or the seller should be submitted to our support team at service@sangcoo.com. Our team will respond promptly.

Amendments

These billing terms and conditions may be updated or amended at any time. Your use of this website and placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms.
